We recently had another wonderful stay at the Bryant Park Hotel, which has become our hotel-of-choice in NYC. With its location, beautiful design, spacious rooms, low-key vibe, and high level of comfort, it cannot be beat. I’d also like to call specific attention to Jo Kinsella, Guest Relations Manager, and her awesome team. They’re incredibly helpful and good a what they do, and are terrific folks as well.

Everything about our week-long stay at the hotel (other than the freezing cold weather outside) was perfection. We stayed in a renovated park view studio suite and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the future. The room is bright with an amazing view of Bryant Park. The furnishings are beautiful with a super comfortable bed, working table (with the view), and everything running quietly (the heating system, mini-fridge, etc....(I'm sensitive to noises). Housekeeping did an outstanding job of making up our room and accomodating any requests. Mini-muffins greet you next to the elevator in the lobby in the morning. The Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel is great and one of the most happening restaurants you can imagine and the bar area downstairs in the hotel absolutely beautiful. Everyone who worked at the hotel who we met was incredibly lovely and helpful - from folks opening the doors to reception. It is just such a well-run hotel on every level. And the size of the hotel is perfect - not tiny and not institutional at all - just right. In fact, everything was right about the stay and can't wait to return.

The other reviews are not wrong--this is a terrific hotel! I've stayed in a lot of other NYC hotels over the years, and this one is truly at the top of the list. The location is amazing--super close to everything and overlooking Bryant Park. I also loved my room. I booked a junior suite, and it was light-filled, spacious, clean, and comfortable. But the thing that really sets this hotel apart from other nice NYC hotels is the staff. They were welcoming and helpful down to a person. And they were not snobby--I'm not an influencer or anyone important, but they treated me like I was important to them. Hats off to this hotel and its amazing staff!

It’s Spring so the Bryant Park is coming into full bloom. Right across from the park is the Bryant Park Hotel. Upon arrival you are hit with a floral aroma which just sets the stage for opulence. I can’t leave out Todd, who makes you feel welcomed as he opens the main doors. He’s dressed professionally which sets the mood of luxury. I’ve been to many hotels and it seems that the relaxed look is common attire for the doorman and reception greeters. I’m more of the old fashion…..make me feel that I’m stepping into a place of class. You will feel that here at the Bryant Park Hotel. We were then greeted by John, the Front Office Director. Again, nothing but professionalism and warmth. I felt at ease. We were given our keys to what I can only describe as incredibly beautiful rooms. The rooms emitted light and space. The furniture was very well appointed. You can tell that details mattered when designing these rooms. The view of the park, nothing but spectacular. The bed was insanely comfortable. The bathrooms were made for the most discerning guests. From the tiling to the walk-in shower, need I mention it also had a sunken tub, to the amazing lighting for us women that need to see every angle of our carefully applied makeup. Yes, the bathroom had it all! lol To the person that manages this property …job well done!!

The hotel is lovely at a terrific & convenient location directly across from Bryant Park. But the 5 is really because of terrific service from the staff at the hotel! Including Jo; she was a wonderful help to me today and all the staff I dealt with were great. Highly recommend!

My company has been using the BPH as the travel hotel of choice for almost 2 years and with every stay I am always reminded how great of a decision I made to work with them. While I do understand the price may not work for some, I have realized you truly are paying for a quality stay! The rooms are cozy and comfortable, Koi has some of the best food I've ever eaten and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Matt and Brooke go out of their way to make everyone feel special there no matter what room you book and even Gaby from the Celon lounge makes sure you have great night and cocktail to unwind after a long day. Overall, highly recommend anyone who plans to be in NYC to stay here... I promise you will not regret it!

My young-adult daughter and I had a wonderful experience at the Bryant Park Hotel for a two-night mini-break in NYC during late April 2026. BPH is in a fantastic location, directly across the street from Bryant Park, behind the majestic NY Public Library on 5th Ave, and a short walk to the Times Square area. The reception manager and associates were all very friendly and welcoming, as well as efficient. Our two-queen bed room was on a high floor (16) and at the back of the hotel away from the street as requested. We had a corner room with good views of the interior of the block to the back and of the park to the side. The room was quiet, exceptionally clean, serenely decorated, and the beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a large/deep tub and separate shower and nice amenities. There's a lovely chic slightly Moroccan-feel lounge/bar in the basement. The bellman at our departure was especially helpful, loading our car with the stored luggage when it arrived back from valet parking, so that we were ready to go as soon as we returned from breakfast. One tip - if you valet park on the weekend, be aware that you need to allow 90 minutes to get your car back at departure - not a big deal but it requires planning. I will definitely stay at BPH again!

I ended up at The Bryant Park Hotel on a last-minute booking, and honestly, it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. From the moment I walked through the doors of this stunning historic building, the staff made me feel like an expected, valued guest, not someone who had booked the night before. The customer service was truly exceptional. The front desk team was warm, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed despite the short notice. It's rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine hospitality in a city as busy as New York, and it made all the difference after what had been a stressful travel situation. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, and lovely being so close to Bryant Park. The team here operates with a level of care and professionalism that makes you feel like the hotel is genuinely invested in your stay. I came in as a last-minute guest and left as a loyal one. Highly recommend! I'll be back.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Bryant Park hotel. Upon entry we were greeted by Scott, who was professional in every aspect and helped us with whatever we needed. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and our stay was memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful and the food at Koi was outstanding. My wife and I will stay here every time we visit NYC.
